‘I loved ‘My Montana Ride’ … it was a real page-turner that I couldn’t put down.
L.B Cotton’s writing transported me to a wonderful setting in the beautiful Montana countryside, and had me envisioning I was there in the story alongside the likeable characters.
The book incorporates some of life’s challenges – that I’m sure most of us can relate to, yet is still a ‘feel-good’ read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and keenly await the next one!’

Shows us that the inability to communicate with those close to us as well as misunderstandings between people can be overcome. Along with a nasty little money problem. All this makes for a great read. Cant wait for the follow on!’

‘My Montana Ride is a fabulous contemporary fiction novel written by L.B. Cotton. It is the story of Ben, who is in his twenties and is a rancher from Montana. Ben is a happy but somewhat withdrawn guy, and he likes to live in the present, taking each day of life as it comes.
However, everything changes when Ben finds a mysterious unopened letter that turns his life upside down. Ben travels on a challenging but worthwhile route to self-trust and other people as he wrestles with the letter’s contents and the events that follow.
I loved reading this book, the story is very interesting and Ben’s character is very well written and very well developed by the author. I think there is a lot one can take away from the story and remember it for a long time. The writing style and narration is lucid and beautiful which makes the reader forget about time and makes them completely immersed in the book.
I like the soothing cover art and I liked the story, it was very refreshing to read and was very interesting and enjoyable. It was devoid of cliches which is something I really liked. The book was a great pick and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.’
